Hi! I’m Catarina​,​ founder of Azores Escape and a nature guide with a deep love for Terceira Island. I was born and raised in this green paradise in the middle of the Atlantic​,​ where every trail​,​ viewpoint​,​ and story is part of who I am. I have a degree in Nature Guiding and a Master’s in Nature Management. I truly believe that tourism can be a bridge between environmental preservation and cultural appreciation — and that’s the spirit I bring to every experience I create. At Azores Escape​,​ I help visitors discover Terceira in a genuine and sustainable way: from off-road Jeep safaris along hidden roads​,​ to hikes through Laurissilva forests​,​ volcanic cave visits​,​ traditional food tastings​,​ and special moments with the local community.
